Chakra Healing and Energy Work: What They Can Actually Do for Physical Illness

The question I hear most often from people in pain is some version of the same thing: can energy healing actually cure my illness? The honest answer is that it depends on what the illness is, how advanced it is, what kind of energy work is being done, who is doing it, and how ready the patient is to do their own part. Energy healing is real and it works, but it does not work in the way most people imagine after watching films where a healer waves a hand and a tumour disappears.
In this article I will explain how energy actually moves through the body, why chakras matter more than most people realise, what determines whether energy healing will work for a specific person, and when to use it alongside conventional medicine rather than in place of it. After more than two decades of practice and thousands of readings and healings, I have a clear picture of what this work can and cannot do, and I would rather tell you the truth than sell you a miracle.
How Prana Feeds Every Organ in Your Body
The subtle energy that keeps every living thing alive was named prana in India and qi or chi in China. Both traditions described the same thing: a stream of life-force that moves through the body along specific channels and feeds every tissue continuously. Without it, the body cannot maintain itself. The fact that modern biology does not have an instrument that measures prana directly does not mean it is not there; it means our instruments are not yet sensitive enough for that frequency range.

Prana runs through the body along the same paths as the nervous system, at a higher vibration. The nervous system is the physical reflection of the prana network, the way a shadow on the wall reflects the object casting it. This is why when a limb is amputated, people continue to feel sensations from it for weeks or months afterward. The prana channel is still active even though the physical tissue is gone.
Along these channels sit the control points the ancient Indians called chakras. Each chakra does three jobs: it regulates how much prana a given region of the body receives, it adjusts the vibration of that energy to match what local organs need, and it acts as the gate between your internal energy system and the external energies around you. When a chakra is open and balanced, the organs it serves get what they need. When it is blocked, they slowly starve.
Kundalini is also prana, but it is the specific form that lives coiled at the base of the spine in the root chakra. This is the main gate through which Earth's energy enters your body. A severed connection to Earth, which is common in urban life, means a weak kundalini feed, which means the whole energy system operates below capacity.
Why Chakras Are the Real Control Points for Illness
Most people assume disease starts in the body and spreads from there. In my experience and in the framework of Creation, it works the other way round. Disease usually starts in the subconscious as a limiting belief, which produces a persistent emotional state, which creates an energetic blockage around one of the main chakras, which reduces the prana flow to the organs that chakra serves, which over months or years produces a physical symptom.
By the time conventional medicine detects the illness, the sequence has already been running for a long time. Medicine treats the final link: the physical symptom. If the treatment works, the symptom resolves. But the belief, the emotional state, and the energy blockage are all still in place. This is why so many illnesses return in a different form, or why one problem is cured and another appears in a nearby organ. The root cause was never addressed.
This is where chakra healing becomes useful. If you clear the blockage at the energy level, the organ starts receiving its full prana supply again, and the body's own healing mechanisms, which are considerable, can finally do their work. But if the belief that created the blockage is still active, the blockage re-forms. This is why releasing limiting beliefs has to run alongside the energy work. Without belief release, you are bailing water out of a boat that still has a hole in it.
Why Body Vibration Determines How Fast Healing Happens
A useful way to understand healing speed is through body vibration, measured on the chakra vibration scale from 1 to 7. The vibration is the rate at which energy flows through the body's cells and channels. Higher vibration means faster, cleaner flow. Lower vibration means slow, dense, obstructed flow. The average body vibration for humanity today is about 3.35 on this scale.
This vibration determines how fast energy work can produce a physical result. Broadly, what I have observed over thousands of cases is the following pattern:
For a person at average body vibration (around 3.5), healing through energy work typically takes weeks to months, sometimes longer for serious conditions. The body is dense, prana moves slowly, and each improvement has to propagate through heavy tissue.
For a person at 4.5 body vibration, reached through years of sustained spiritual development, the same conditions often resolve in days to weeks. The body is lighter, prana moves faster, and the tissue responds more readily.
For a person approaching 5.0 body vibration, which is rare, some healings happen in minutes to days. This is what ancient texts describe when they talk about saints healing with a touch or a glance. It is not magic. It is what is physically possible at that vibration.
This is basic physics of Creation, not mysticism. The denser the body, the more energy is required to produce a given change, and the longer it takes for that change to show up in the tissue. Anyone promising instant healing for everyone regardless of their vibration is either inexperienced or dishonest.
When Energy Healing Genuinely Helps, and When It Does Not
Energy healing is a complement to conventional medicine, not a replacement. If you have a serious illness like cancer, the first step is to see a qualified doctor and follow the prescribed treatment. I say this as someone who has spent decades working with energy. The body is a physical system, and when it is in serious distress, it needs the full resources of both approaches.
That said, there are two scenarios where energy healing clearly earns its place alongside medicine.
Alongside conventional treatment. Energy healing reduces the side effects of aggressive medical treatments like chemotherapy, eases the mental and emotional stress that accompanies serious illness, and accelerates post-treatment recovery. I have seen this pattern many times. The medicine does its job on the physical level. The energy work supports the body, calms the mind, and addresses the deeper patterns that contributed to the illness in the first place.
When conventional medicine has exhausted its options. When a patient has been sent home with a terminal prognosis and limited time, it is worth trying everything. I have seen cases that doctors had written off, where a combination of specific meditations, dietary changes, targeted energy work, and deep belief release produced real recoveries. These are not routine outcomes. They depend heavily on the patient's willingness to do the inner work, their trust in the process, and the accuracy of the diagnosis of the underlying energetic pattern. But they do happen.
Outside these two scenarios, for everyday conditions like chronic fatigue, persistent anxiety, relationship-driven illness, symptoms doctors cannot fully explain, or slow recovery after minor surgery, energy healing is often the most direct route, because the issue was energetic to begin with.
What Determines Whether Energy Healing Works for a Specific Person
Three factors predict most of the outcome. When all three are present, energy work tends to produce results. When one is missing, the work slows. When all three are missing, it goes nowhere regardless of how skilled the healer is.
The patient's trust. If the patient does not genuinely believe in the treatment, they resist it internally even while cooperating outwardly. Energy does not move against resistance. This is not about blind faith. It is about being open enough to let the work happen. Sceptical but curious might work. Sceptical and closed does not.
The patient's energetic type. People carry different dominant elements: some run hot and fast, others cool and slow, others airy, others earthy. The same illness in two different types often needs different energy approaches. A practitioner who treats everyone with the same technique will get inconsistent results. Reading the type first is part of doing the work properly.
The patient's active participation. This is the one that separates sustained healing from temporary relief. Illness is almost always a signal that the soul has drifted from its intended path in life. Real healing requires looking at what the illness is signalling, addressing the beliefs and patterns that produced it, and adjusting how the person is living. Without this, energy work produces short-term improvement followed by relapse, or the illness moves to a different organ and presents as something else.
Honest Limits and the Right Order of Operations
A few things need to be said plainly.
Do not treat yourself based on books, videos, or whatever an unverified online teacher is offering. Energy work on yourself, done wrong, can produce real problems: unstable kundalini, energy stuck in the wrong chakra, or opening without the ability to close. Self-taught kundalini activation in particular can go badly for people who are not prepared. Humility about your own limits is not a weakness. It is the single biggest protection you have.
Chinese medicine and reiki are valuable, but they mostly address symptoms at the energy level rather than the root causes. This is better than addressing symptoms at the physical level only, but it is still not the full picture. The full picture includes belief release and realignment with the soul's intended path. For anyone who wants that deeper work, the limiting beliefs release service is designed specifically to find and clear the subconscious patterns that keep producing the energetic blockages in the first place.
Verify before you start. Before committing to any energy practice, verify where your own energy system actually is. A spiritual reading of your soul and body vibration will show you the specific chakras that are blocked, your current vibration level, and the energetic patterns producing the symptoms you are dealing with. Working blind on your own energy system without this information is roughly like prescribing yourself medication without a diagnosis.
The Work Is Real, But It Has Rules
Chakra healing and energy work can do a great deal. They can support the body through serious illness, accelerate recovery from medical treatment, resolve conditions that conventional medicine has no tools for, and address the subconscious and energetic patterns that produced the illness in the first place. Done properly, alongside good medical care when needed, they change lives.
But they are not magic, they are not instant, and they are not a substitute for the rest of what keeps a human being healthy. Your body vibration sets the pace. Your beliefs set the starting point. Your willingness to do the inner work sets the outcome. Everything a skilled healer or teacher can contribute has to land on ground that you have prepared.
If you want to know where your own ground actually is, which chakras are blocked, what vibration your body is currently at, and which limiting beliefs are producing the symptoms you are living with, the most direct first step is a full spiritual reading. From there, the path usually becomes clear: specific belief release, deeper spiritual coaching, or the systematic training of the 13-level Spiritual Academy for people ready to develop their own capacity to work with energy properly.
